FHA
Low, 3.5% down payment (Can be gift funds). Seller can contribute to borrowers closing costs.
VA
For active-duty military, a veteran or an eligible veteran family members. The VA Mortgage is a government-based product offering 100% financing.
USDA
This USDA-backed loan offers low to 0% down. Sometimes some of the closing costs can be financed into the loan. Eligible areas and income areas apply.
Renovation
If you want to do a small project down to new carpet and paint to adding an entire addition we have you covered. Renovation loans to purchase or to update your existing home we offer a few loan programs to make it happen.
Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)
This loan has an interest rate that is adjustable, meaning it could change throughout your loan term. Benefits include an initial lower interest rate than a fixed-rate mortgage and a potential decrease in interest depending on the market.
Non-Warrantable Condo
Finding reasonable financing for a non-warrantable condominium purchase is no longer a challenge for qualified buyers. Freedmont’s non-warrantable condo financing options offer flexibility and fewer restrictions.
Jumbo and High Balance
For higher loan amounts with lower down payments and lower than average interest rates. Multi-million-dollar loan amounts available.
Bank Statement Program
Buyers can utilize 12 or 24 months of personal or business bank statements to qualify for a Bank Statement Program loan. Up to 90% LTV.
Foreign National Program
Freedmont’s Foreign National Program provides financing that makes buying a home in the United States easier for non-U.S. Citizens.

HomeReady® and HomePossible®
If you are a homebuyer with a good credit history and a stable job, but not a lot saved for a down payment, the HomeReady® or HomePossible® mortgage may be for you. Consider this fixed-rate program with as low as a 3% down payment or up to 97% financing.
Reverse Mortgage |
Reverse Mortgage
Available to property owners aged 62 or older, a reverse mortgage allows the homeowner to borrow against the equity they have built up in their home to receive cash or a line of credit.

Bridge Loan
Freedmont’s Bridge loan program allows you to use the equity in your current home to buy your new home before you sell. You can also use the Bridge proceeds to cover down payment closing costs and escrows.
ONE+Â Â The 1% Down Program
With ONE+, you putdown 1% and our partner lender will cover the other 2%. You get all the benefits of a 3% down payment and you can save big and strengthen your eligibility since you don’t have to pay the mortgage insurance.
Buydown
With a Temporary Buydown, clients can pay significantly less on their monthly mortgage payments for the first three years. For example: a 2-1 buydown lowers your interest rate by a full 2% the first year, and 1% the second year.
$10K Pre-Approval Promise
Confidently sell your home with the Freedmont® $10K Pre-Approval Promise. If our financing promise fails, we’ll pay the Seller $10,000, and reimburse the Borrower up to $1,000 for the cost of their home inspection, appraisal, and/or legal expenses.

Freedmont® FreeFiSM Program
Allows you to buy now at current interest rates and refinance at any time in the next 3 years if rates come down without needing to pay Freedmont’s closing costs again. If you close on a mortgage with Freedmont®, we’ll pay your qualifying* closing costs on any refinance initiated by you that closes within 3 years from the original purchase transaction.
