Haley did an amazing job on an FHA loan for my buyers. We had an excellent appraisal that came in way better than I expected as well. My clients were super happy with Freedmont, got a good rate, and had a really involved lending team who kept the approval process moving and communicated well with my clients. Jen and her team are the most hard working people you will find. Anytime day or night she was there to answer my questions, even if I had twenty of them. Which for a first time home buyer was important. Jen will fight for you even when you no longer have the fight in you to make sure you get what you want and need. I have worked with Kevin Murphy and Freedmont for many years. he is A+++> Kevin has serviced many of our team's clients. Time and again, he has come through for our buyers. He has always gotten the job done, even when sometimes there were a few bumps in the road. We have always received praise from our clients that Kevin always has their back, stays in touch throughout the process, and shows up on settlement day to make sure everything goes smoothly. I've been in a partnership with Kevin Murphy of Freedmont Mortgage since 2013. I'll say Kevin always hits it out of the park. He is very effecient. The thing that makes him stand out is his communication and the way he takes care of his clients. He gets the job done and to get's his client's to the settlment table. I highly recommend Kevin and Freedmont Mortgage for all you financing needs. Just to update this. Kevin just helped one of my clients make her Christmas wishes come true.
